Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Suresh (born 17 October 1992) is an Indian actress, who is primarily in Tamil and Telugu films, in addition to several Malayalam films. She received the National Film Award Best Actress Award for playing the character Savitri. The actress also won three SIIMA Awards and a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar Suresh is actress Menaka G. Suresh's daughter. The early 2000s were when she was a teen actress. After completing her studies in fashion design, Keerthy returned to the world of film. Her debut lead role came in 2013's Malayalam movie Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy signed her first Tamil projects in 2015 and began accepting projects out of Malayalam. The film she released was her debut, A. L. Vijay's love story Idhu Enna Maayam, in 2015. The film was starring Vikram Prbhu. The film was not an immediate success in the box office. A busy schedule during 2015 led her to opt out of films which she had already started working on, including Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and Deekay's Kavalai Vendam, in order to make room for larger projects. In a short time she also worked alongside Sivakarthikeyan for Rajini Murugan, Remo and also played the lead for Prabhu Sool's Thodari along with Dhanush. She made her Telugu debut was planned to be titled Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. The film was pushed back in 2015, and there are reports that the film will release after September 2020, under the name Janakitho Nenu. In the end, the film's premiere was in the film Nenu Sailaja featuring actress Ram Pothineni. Keerthy first appeared in Bairavaa opposite Vijay director Bharathan.
